Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Via Appia Networking WA will offer a full refund when 7 days notice of cancellation is provided*.

The tickets are fully transferable, and can be used by an attendee of your choice. If you can not attend, and send someone in your place, please email as soon as possible so our records can be updated.

* When payment has not been made an invoice will be sent/payment is required prior to the event.

Use of Free Member Tickets

Member tickets are non-transferable and cancellation of booked events must be provided 7 days prior to the event or free ticket will be void. Member tickets can only be used by the registered member themselves.


Tickets will not be provided for events booked throughout our website. You will be provided with confirmation via email, however you do not need to bring this with you to the event, as we will simply have your name at the door. If you need to change the name of the attendee, please contact our office directly to do so 08 6102 2517.
